We are happy to offer flat rate shipping whenever possible so you can order as much as you like for one low price. See rates below.
Delivery times and charges
Australia: 3-10 business days, AUD $10
Express 1 – 3 days, AUD $12
New Zealand: 3-7 business days, AUD $20
All other International Destinations: 5-20 business days, varies depending on location, AUD $ 25

Important shipping notes.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is completed and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched
Any orders received after 4pm will only be processed on the following business day
Hatha Clothing does not process orders over the weekends or on Public holidays
Extremely large orders may be subject to additional shipping charge.
Please note that Hatha is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
Additionally, Hatha is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note we do not provide refund on items returned to Hatha Clothing due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country.
General Orders sent from Australia to international destinations are sent on a standard bases, which means there is no tracking number provided. If you request your package to be sent on a express base with tracking number please contact our customer service. Extra cost main be applied depending on weight, size and destination of the package.
Hatha Clothing will declare the FULL value on international shipments and will provide a invoice for customs if required. Unfortunately Hatha Clothing is unable to declare a lower value on the parcel

Exchanges and Returns
Hatha Clothing Return and Exchange Policy
Didn’t work out? It is ok! We will happily accept merchandise back for exchange.

Returns/ Exchange/ Refunds Policy
- Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date you received the item. Items received or requests to return or exchange items outside of this period will NOT be accepted. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.
- All merchandise MUST be unwashed and unworn.
- All original tags must still be attached to the merchandise.
- There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on availability.
- Hatha Clothing is unable to process any exchange or return on items that were not bought from our online store.
- Refunds are NOT issued under any of the following circumstances:
Change of mind
Wrong size ordered
Unpaid customs duties and tax
Under any of the above circumstances, we will gladly offer an exchange or credit towards a future purchase.
SALE items are non-refundable and Hatha Clothing does not accept exchange or return on Sale items.
- We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, except for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. Please include in your return parcel a pre-paid satchel addressed to you.
- Hatha Clothing is not responsible for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method.
- We must have the exchanged item in our warehouse before your new item is sent
- All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
- Any product that arrives in a defective condition can be exchanged or returned for a refund.
- Hatha Clothing will cover any postage / shipping expenses.
- Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and we will contact you to advise the appropriate procedure, which will be to refund or exchange.
- Refunds are processed via Pay Pal. Once your refund has been issued, funds will show up on your bank statement within approx. 3-4 business days.

- Order Number
- Your name
- Reason for returning
- Details of the returned item
- The new item you would like in exchange or if you would like a credit to your account
Important return notes:
- Do NOT create a new order on the website.
- Please check the website for product availability to avoid disappointment.
- When we have received the returned merchandise you will be notified and your new order will be sent.
- Please include in your return parcel the item you would like to exchange and an extra pre-paid satchel addressed to you for your new item to be sent. We recommend that you use tracked or registered mail service.
